Michaela NecroClit (CLITGORE) on Rock Overdose:’As long as people continue to attend extreme metal shows, all it’s ok’

Due to their upcoming gig in Athens,Rock Overdose and Zisis Petkanas got in touch with the band's bassist/vocalist Michaela ''NecroClit'' and in this interview you will witness her strange sense of humor, her belief for the future of the extreme scene in general and their urge to come and play for the Greek fans.

Rock Overdose: Tell us a few words about the band please...

Michaela:  Hey, we are Clitgore from Romania, we play goregrind with a few brutal death metal influences. Our songs are based on groove and black humor, we hope you will enjoy our show in Athens.

Rock Overdose: Do you think it's worth it running for a band without some decent funds?

Michaela:  Yes, I think that when music is made just for passion everything else is less important.

Rock Overdose: What does the scene in Romania look like? Do you like some special bands in particular?

Michaela:  In my opinion metal scene is going okay here. Not so many bands go to play outside Romania, but I can recommend Necrovile (brutal death metal), they play a lot outside Romania. Actually their drummer is the drummer from Pestilence, too.

Rock Overdose: It's going to be your first time in Greece, what should we wait from you?

Michaela:  Well you must expect a brutal and funny show at the same time, we hop it will be a great party. This is the goregrind style, you love it or you hate it, you can't stay indifferent. So, I hope you will love us, haha.

Rock Overdose: Tell us 3 gigs that you believe they helped you raise your status as a band?

Michaela:  - Obscene Extreme Fest open air (CZ)

- Fekal Party, Prague (CZ)

- Rockstadt Extreme Fest open air (RO)

Rock Overdose: Which is your opinion for metal's extreme scene in general?

Michaela:  My opinion is optimistic, as long as people continue to attend extreme metal shows and bands still play good music, all is okay.

I love to go to concerts & underground shows, it's the best way to relax.

Rock Overdose: Michaela, as a woman, have you ever been in a difficult position like a male groopie pressing you hard? How do you face such situations?

Michaela:  I like girls! I am just joking, I also like girls, I should have said, hahaha. Usually no problems, we are not rock stars. We have a friendly attitude, so everybody is welcome to our shows.

Rock Overdose: Michaela thank you for doing this interview.

Michaela:  Thanks so much for interview Zisis, all the best to everyone for the New Year & see you soon, sickos! Looking forward for the show in Athens!

Cheers

For Rock Overdose
