SLIDE IT IN can probably be described as one of the most close to the original and powerful Whitesnake tribute bands of today!

Formed early 2010 with George Gakis on vocals, who has been greatly influenced by David Coverdale and others of their time in the classic rock era, he started a Whitesnake autobiography live presentation a few years ago in Greece.
Having worked for many years with Julie Massino and his band «The Troublemakers», with two CD releases his name gained strong reputation all over Greece.

German-English powerhouse drummer Mark Cross , who recently counted more than 30 released CD’s with bands such as «Outloud», «Kingdom Come», «Helloween», «Firewind» etc had the idea for some time to form a strong WS tribute band!
Being a longtime friend of Gakis, they joined forces and made the idea come true and decided to launch several of shows in Greece in 2010!
With Sverd T. (Bare Infinity, Outloud) on Bass, the young talented guitarist Babis Saganas and Keyboard player George Lagoyannis (Remember Lizzy...) Slide it in promise a pure Whitesnake inferno!

Mark also features on George’s upcoming solo CD also featuring special guests.
