Πριν 45 χρόνια, οι Pink Floyd έστησαν μια σκηνή μέσα στο αρχαίο, Ρωμαϊκό αμφιθέατρο της Πομπηίας και έπαιξαν τραγούδια από το άλμπουμ τους Meddle του 1971.
Την Πέμπτη το βράδυ, ο David Gilmour, επέστρεψε στην Πομπηία για μια μακροσκελή συναυλία, όπου την παρακολούθησαν χιλιάδες οπαδοί, οι οποίοι είχαν την τύχει να παρακολουθήσουν σπάνιες εκτελέσεις κομματιών, όπως το “One of These Days” και το “The Great Gig in the Sky”.
