Do you think that your achievements are over, you have nothing else to do? Herman: I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS TIME TO TELL THE FANS WHAT HAPPEND WITH THE BAND IN THE EARLY; DAYS, IN THE 80TH AND EARLY 90TH, I STILL HAVE NEW ACHIEVEMENTS, RIGHT NOW I WILL DO A TOUR IN JAPAN AGAIN WITH MICHAEL SCHENKER Rockoverdose.gr: This book is an autobiography, do you have any unique moments from the period of scorpions or from any other period that can never been disappeared and have a place in your heart? Herman:YES MANY AS YOU KNOW FROM THE BOOK
Rockoverdose.gr: Is there any passage from your words to the new age musicians? So that they will read them and they will think if their steps are on the right way or no.
Herman:YES BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU DO, PRACTISE AND REHEARSE UNTIL YOU THE BEST
Rockoverdose.gr: Lets go for a while to your band and we will return to the themes that are also in your book. What are the plans right now, will be there any new album?
Herman:YES I'M WORKING ON A NEW ALBUM RIGHT NOW WITH SOME MUSIANS FROM CALIFORNIA AND FROM BRAZIL. THIS WILL BE RELEASED UNDER HERMAN RAREBELL AND THE FATAL STING
Rockoverdose.gr: How was the feedback of the people to the previous album “Take it as it comes”?
Herman:I HAD A VERY GOOD REACTION ON THIS ALBUM, ESPECIALY IN THE USA
Rockoverdose.gr: Have you thought of asking by any member of Scorpions to be the guest musician in any new album?
Herman: I THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND I THINK I WILL ASK, LETS SEE WHAT THEY SAY
Rockoverdose.gr: What about the project "Strangers In The Night"? Any news?
Herman:YES AS I SAID EARLIER I WILL GO WITH MICHAEL SCHENKER TO JAPAN IN THE LAST WEEK OF MARCH 2012
Rockoverdose.gr:Back to the Scorpions days. Firstly which is your favorite album and why?
Herman:BLACKOUT, THAT IS PURE ROCK AND ROLL THERE AND EMOTION
Rockoverdose.gr: Do you miss things or situations from those days?
Herman:YES THAT WAS THE DAYS WHEN THE BAND WAS A BAND, REMEMBER THAT KLAUS COULD NOT SING FOR NINE MONTH AND THE WHOLE BAND WAITED FOR HIM
Rockoverdose.gr: Herman, express your feelings from the night of 2006 (if I am right) when you showed up on stage with Scorpions.
Herman:THAT WAS A WONDERFUL FEELING AFTER ALL THOSE YEARS TO PLAY WITH MY OLD FRIENDS AGAIN
Rockoverdose.gr: If you would like to change something from the old days, what would be that?
Herman:ME TAKING SO MANY DRUGS AND DRINKING A LOT OF ALKOHOL
Rockoverdose.gr: Do you remember anything from the first performance of Scorpions in Greece? I guess you know that every performance of the band in our country was a great atmosphere, a remarkable moment. Scorpions for Greece are what the salt for the food is.
Herman:GREECE WAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITE COUNTRYS TO PLAY IN. THE PEOPLE HERE HAVE A REAL HEART AND A REAL SOUL
